We want to encourage you today: Whatever you are going through, whatever the test, the trial, the circumstance, or the situation is, it doesn't change who God is. We know that in this world we will have trouble. Hope can be found in Jesus, and in His Word, the bible. That's because He is the "Way-Maker". He has the power, the comfort, the wisdom, the solutions, the directions, the guidance, the answers, the instructions we need. He is full of mercy, love, compassion and truth. He has the ability and the resources to meet every need. As the Prince of Peace, He can bring your life back into peace, and back into order, no matter what has happened. He is the God of the breakthrough. You must never forget that Jesus is still the Redeemer. He can redeem our lives from destruction. He is also the Deliverer. He is an ever-present help in time of trouble. He is the Way, The Truth, and The Life. While we're at it, He's the curse breaker as well. All authority has been given to Him. He invites us to cast ALL of our cares upon Him and allow Him to care for us. Has anyone else offered you that? He is the One who never slumbers or sleeps. He is familiar with stress, grief, pain, sorrow, rejection, suffering and anything else you may ever have to deal with, and He is Lord over all of it. He is light in the darkness. Sometimes that darkness is intense but it's no match for Jesus. He invites us to "ask what you will - so your joy may be full". He is a good and kind and loving God. He is the God of all hope. His invitation stands to all generations...to "come to me, all who are weary and heavy burdened, and I will give you rest." If we had to sum up just one reason you should consider Christ centered spiritual care, it would be this: There is nothing too hard for the Lord! (Jeremiah 32:27). Will you trust Him to fulfill that promise?
